2023 HOF Inductee

The PHL is proud to announce that Chris Kelly will be the 2023 PHL Hall of Fame inductee. Chris will be just the 11th member to receive the honor and the first ever unanimous vote recipient in the 18 year history of the league.

Chris joined as a sub during the 2010 season and then played the next 12 seasons as a full time member, never missing more than one week any season. Chris amassed 6,667 career points putting him as high as 4th on the all-time scoring list in 2021. His career high point came in 2018 when he became League Champion while scoring the most points in the playoffs that year and being the leader on only the second team in league history to go undefeated en rout to the title. If not for his career being cut short Chris would have undoubtedly continued to add many more accomplishments to his record.

More importantly, in addition to raising the level of competition in the league, and always helping out in any way that he could, Chris was universally liked by all and will be an irreplaceable presence.

Chris Kelly’s wife Michelle will be presented with his PHL Hall of Fame award during the 2023 Championship Saturday awards ceremony at the Freetown VFW on Saturday September 23th, 2023.
